Club meeting in Cracow - in the "Zbrojownia" Restaurant
In April 2018, in Krakow, in the Zbrojownia Restaurant in Rakowicka Street, a club meeting of members of the Prestige Club took place – readers of the PRESTIŻ Magazine whoiswho.
Members appeared an hour before the start of the meeting, so there was an opportunity to socialize with invited guests: generals – Mieczysław Bieniek, Edward Gruszka and Jerzy Gut, an actor- Paweł Deląg, a Polish actress from Canada – Mrs Głąbczyńska-Komorowska and a professor of medical science -Janusz Skalski.
The agenda of the meeting covered many interesting statements, including that of Mr Bogdan Węgrzynek in the context of the implementation of the “Tri-Seas Initiative” in connection with the development of Poland 3.0. economic programme.
Ms Urszula Ciołeszyńska, representing the Women Entrepreneurship Embassy, invited members of the Club to the May Congress of the World Polonia to Toruń, and a member of Prestige Club, collector Jan Kukuczka, encouraged the Club Members to visit the “Kukuczka Gallery”.
The meeting at which a glass of wine was served, was also an opportunity to exchange views and deepen club integration.
Christmas Eve supper of Prestige Club members and editorial staff of Magazine Prestiż who is who
On December 10, 2017, at the PRESTIGE CLUB headquarters in the Paszkówka Palace Hotel, a symbolic closing ceremony encapsulating PRESTIGE CLUB’s yearlong activity took place, which fell into the pattern of traditional Polish Christmas Eve. Invited guests took part in this event as well.
Women entrepreneurship gala
On November 17, 2017, PRESTIGE CLUB members took part in the Gala organized by the International Network of Women Entrepreneurship Ambassadors and Premier International Business Club which was held at the Sofitel Victoria Hotel in Warsaw. The meeting was attended by co-authors of the book ‘Business Inspirations of Polish Women in the World’ („Biznesowe inspiracje Polek na świecie”), that is to say the successful Polish women in the field of business in different countries, and representatives of business, media, science, politics and diplomacy who are interested in the development of entrepreneurship in Poland.
Launch of book ‘Narration in the form of lace-making’ by Beata Legierska
On November 10, 2017, in the ‘Galeria Kukuczka’ in Jasnowice, there was a glamorous launch of Beata Legierska’s book – a folk artist from Koniaków – about one of the most vital areas of artistic creativity which is lace-making, mainly its local variant of ‘Koniakowska Lace’. The meeting was attended by PRESTIGE CLUB members.
Autumn meeting of Prestige Club members
On October 8, 2017, in the BROWAR LUBICZ restaurant in Cracow a meeting of PRESTIGE CLUB members was held.
At the meeting, Angelika Jarosławska reported on her visit to England related to the production of the film about Polish aviators fighting in the legendary No. 303 Polish Fighter Squadron.
Mrs Urszula Ciołeszyńska presented the programme of the November Gala on the occasion of the premiere and celebration of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day 2017.
The attraction of the evening was an exhibition of paintings by Polish painters from the collection of Jan Kukuczka.
